When you click “Create account” you will get a warning, explaining what you should do if you had an account on the legacy eTwinning platform (www.etwinning.net). The main point is that you should use the same email address as on the old platform. However, this may not be possible for everyone. Please see below the steps that you should take to migrate your data from the old website to the European School Education Platform.

In case the email address you used on the legacy eTwinning platform is old and not used any longer, or you simply use a new email address, we recommend you:

• creating an EU Login with your old email address;

• registering on the European School Education Platform, by logging in to our platform via EU Login for the first time;

• making sure that the data you had on the legacy eTwinning platform are present in your profile;

• editing your EU Login account to change the email address to the one you want to use.

In case you no longer have access to the email address you used on the legacy eTwinning platform we recommend you:

• creating an EU Login account with your current email address;

• registering on the European School Education Platform, by logging in to our platform via EU Login for the first time;

• contacting your National Support Organisation and ask them to merge your old profile with the new one.
