EU Login account

An ESEP profile is linked to an EU Login account. When handling a duplicate account, we need to know with which EU Login account the user wants to log in to the remaining ESEP profile. This can be either of two EU Logins the user has linked to their duplicate ESEP profiles, or a completely different one. More info

Ideally, the user provides you with this info. Simple steps for the user:

Go to https://ecas.ec.europa.eu/cas/userdata/ShowDetails.cgi
Log in with your preferred account/email address
Copy the 'Username' and 'E-mail' fields from the page
