New/improved features

eTwinning

• Pupil certificates: eTwinners awarded with the NQL can now download the certificate for their pupils. They can find the certificate in ‘My projects’ > ‘[Project title]’ > ‘My labels and awards’

• Landing page of rooms has been improved

My dashboard

• Display the organisation linked to the posting in ‘My dashboard’ > ‘My postings’

User profiles

• If a user is missing mandatory data in their profile, they are redirected to the registration process

Fixed issues

Course catalogue

• Users who never accessed EU Academy before can enrol in a course from the platform

• Additional fixes to sorting and filtering courses are implemented

TwinSpaces

• The feedback message when replying to a comment in the TwinSpace updates has been fixed

• ‘Unexpected problem’ error for users when entering the materials section has been fixed

• Pages visibility has been fixed

• Colour properties when adding text in a page is now working

• Pupils can now be imported with CSV files

• Teacher Admins can now remove and change the role of other Teacher Admins

• TwinSpaces are no longer closed automatically and independently from projects; TwinSpace and project statuses are now in sync.

eTwinning projects

• In the projects list of the user profile, the ‘NQL awarded’ tag is now only displayed if the user has been awarded the NQL (not if the application is ‘pending’ or ‘rejected’)

• In the project search, the ‘NQL awarded’ tag is now not displayed anymore if there are only ‘pending’ applications for the project

• Founders are already part of the project and thus cannot be invited into the project again

• Cancelling a project invite no longer causes an error in the project for the project administrators and founders

• Users who had been invited to a project but no longer are active and validated members of an organisation get a warning instead of a technical error when trying to accept the project invite.

Student teachers

• Student teachers who are displayed twice in an organisation profile and organisations that are displayed twice in student teacher profiles are being corrected

Reporting mechanism

• The error message reporting an update from the activity tab of an organisation can now be closed

Notifications

• Users can now accept/reject/delete notifications

Online meetings

• Access to webcam and microphone in online meetings is now working
